please assist me! I read your blog about neatworks but i need help! I am not savvy when it comes to computers and I cannot get any tech help from their website. Each time I try to install this, an error message keeps appearing and I have not ever had problems before. I know I have windows vista. Thank you so much!

Give this link a try, if you can actually get in touch with their support team, they will go beyond expectations to support you. However I do see their site has change and made things more difficult to find information.
